Evidence review

Forum experts and fellows from partner organizations review the submitted evidence, auditable KPIs, measured against each site's own baseline, and shortlist the strongest candidates.

Site visit

Shortlisted sites are visited in person: use cases validated on the ground, performance indicators verified at the line, and the claimed bar tested where the work happens.

Expert panel

An independent, neutral panel of industry experts reviews the application and the site-visit findings, and votes on whether the transformation is Lighthouse-grade.
