Weifang, CN - Lighthouse award in Supply-Chain and Resilience

Weichai pursued a top-down digital transformation across the diesel-engine value chain, from R&D and production through logistics, services and the Internet of Vehicles. Connecting suppliers, factories and customers cut operating cost by roughly a third and shortened R&D and product-launch cycles, while a parallel quality programme won a national quality award in 2018.
