It needed a lever for step improvement in operational KPIs and plug-and-play processes to synergize a growing operational footprint across the country. The 4IR transformation now drives change across three themes — connected assets, connected workforce, and connected operations — favouring integrated, higher-ROI solutions over point fixes.
