The park is a contract-logistics hub for bulky, hard-to-handle goods, where price competition has given way to a race on service quality and operating efficiency. Surging e-commerce growth pushed fragmented business-to-consumer parcels into a network built for business-to-business pallet flows, and the old fixed-fleet, manually dispatched model could not balance cost, timeliness and constraint complexity. The site rebuilt fulfilment around an artificial-intelligence decision loop spanning warehouse-network planning, an unmanned high-bay warehouse, constraint-based vehicle allocation and a real-time carrier-bidding marketplace. Owned assets were complemented by an open ecosystem of more than 170,000 third-party vehicles and eleven specialist carriers, so capacity flexes with demand. The result was order-to-receipt lead time cut by 48 percent, inventory turnover up 40 percent, and transport cost per cubic metre down 23 percent.
