Monterrey, MX - Lighthouse award in Supply-Chain and Resilience

Sep 2025

The site assembles racks and servers for global infrastructure customers, shipping 760 orders a day to 80+ countries, 70% of them small batches of ten units or fewer. Ninety-five percent of raw materials are imported from a tier-1/tier-2 base of more than 5,000 suppliers, and the site operates under tight tax and labour rules — including a 2021 ban on contract labour that forced the redeployment of 1,303 employees. Against that backdrop, 57 digital solutions across five domains have lifted labour productivity 58%, cut inventory lead time 85%, reduced absolute scope 1 & 2 emissions 12% and improved shipment ETA accuracy 40%.

Labour productivity rose by 45% and supplier quality issues fell by 55%. The plant now processes 8,000 customer orders a day, 80% of them for fewer than five units.
