Singapore, SG - Lighthouse award in Productivity

A printhead plant supplying office, graphics and industrial printers had to become both more efficient and more flexible to support the printing industry's shift toward mass customisation. The site built a 6,000 sq.ft. Smart Manufacturing Application and Research Center, ran a workforce upskilling programme and partnered with universities and vendors to deploy integrated 4IR use cases — delivering 18% manufacturing cost savings against an FY17 baseline.
