Through a portfolio of 4IR use cases — advanced analytics on filling, AI vision on assembly, AI-led line-speed optimisation, a value-stream digital twin and a batch-cycle visualisation tool — the site lifted capacity by roughly a quarter and avoided around £250m of planned expansion capex.
