The site, a producer of automotive display electronics, faced a sharp shift in its product portfolio that demanded more automation, faster ramp-ups and higher material turnover. To absorb the change without disrupting live production, the plant built digital twins of its lines, simulated layouts and material flows in advance, automated a new cube-based warehouse and orchestrated a mixed-vendor AMR fleet through its own software platform.
