The site manufactures 400 high-end refrigerator models across 15 cabinet variants in a single assembly system, after production volumes grew roughly 70% between 2019 and 2022. Managing that mix while cutting energy and emissions per unit was the central challenge. Thirty 4IR use cases were developed in two years by inhouse agile teams, with an overall payback of about 1.2 years.
